Industry brief 01
AV and Pro-AV Integration
Project-specific mounting hardware for AV processors, control equipment, displays and compact devices when the supplied interfaces do not match the installation.

Installation or procurement problem
An AV rack, display wall or technical-furniture layout often reaches site with fixed clearances and a defined service path, while the selected equipment has non-standard side holes, offsets or mounting patterns. A generic shelf may consume rack space, obstruct connectors or make removal difficult. The requirement is therefore not simply a bracket: it is a controlled interface between the equipment, the rack or display, and the installer’s access plan.
We review the device and installation interfaces together, then coordinate parts around the approved geometry. Load, ventilation, cable access, finish and included hardware remain project-specific and are confirmed only after technical review.
Relevant custom parts
- Equipment-specific rack ears and support rails
- VESA adapter plates and offset spacers
- Behind-display mini PC or controller mounts
- Interface panels and installation hardware
What to send
- Equipment model, photos or measured chassis dimensions
- Rack unit, display pattern and target orientation
- Connector, airflow and service-clearance requirements
- Quantity, finish and delivery destination
Concept application
