RFQ → review → PI / contract
Submitting an RFQ creates no contract and guarantees no price, stock, timing, logistics or compliance. Obligations arise only after written agreement of specification, quotation, contract or PI, and payment terms.
Certificates and compatibility
Any certificate must be checked against the model, applicant and validity. Chestny ZNAK compatibility requires target-environment testing and does not imply official approval.
